I knew they had the best paint. I didn't know about their professionalism and product knowledge. They have outstanding customer service. I worked with Sandra, but the other women up front were just as wonderful. Dunn-Edwards in an impressive business.

Color consultants are great! I'm so happy with the help I received in picking out my colors. I would have chosen the wrong whites and trim colors if it were not for the color consultant. When the store is busy be patient because the staff is trying hard to give each customer that personal touch.

Bad service today. I called to oder paint so I don't waste time waiting, I had to wait 130 hrs for just two gallons of paint . F...!

Poor customer service. No assistance and they acted like we were taking up there time and they weren't interested in our business. Very poor service.

I used to love doing business with Dunn Edwards, but they have changed all the employees. They seem to know nothing about paint anymore. They look like college kids that have been hired for minimum wage and don't really care about the customer. I got more help from a contractor I saw in the store than I did the employees. Plus I bought a gallon of paint on a Saturday, needed more on Monday, went in and it was $9.00 a gallon more with no explanation! I will be taking my business down the street to Frazee. Very disappointed!!
