I had a great experience with customer service here!! A woman in customer service really saved the day with a great attitude and knowledgeable assistance. As well, she was such a team player. When her less qualified associate with a not so great attitude was assisting me, she gracefully took over, answered all my questions, and really made the experience a positive one. Everyone else in the store was nice and helpful as well.

Good Mark the window person was very helpful and help us find what we needed, there is a problem adding neat glass to my order, all in all good, also was helpful with a lot of door info, we will be seeing him next Friday so we do door order

Two US flags out front tangled up in plants for sale. This is against the law that governs the Flag. See attached pics . Have talked w/numerous Mgrs. and it still happens. This store is in a military town. Shame on you. Lines were long and only 2 registers open. Check out how Home Depot displays their flags!!! Regards, Carla Noble

Second time I asked for help locating an item, was told to wait, that "he will be right there," After I showed customer service that Lowes online said the item was in stock. I had already looked in that area and said the item wasn't on display. I gave up waiting..about 5 minutes, and bought the item at Home Depot.

Better know what you're looking for when you come here, cuz this store is terribly understaffed. I've been here a dozen or more times and had to search like hell to find an employee each time.
