I have been a customer for over 15 years and got a real shock today. I had an inspection, wheel alignment and oil and change. The first 2 items I have no issues but I was CHARGED $75.00 FOR AN OIL CHANGE. ARE YOU KIDDING THATS DOUBLE WHAT THE DEALERSHIP CHARGES

Do not go here! Had a appointment to put my stud on and NY inspection. Made the day before no big deal. Got there tell me I have a 30 min appointment for inspection  nothing for the tires. Well ask can they do it or not they stood there asking questions that I gave answers to. Never answer me about can they do the work or not. Them blamed a call center too. Funny every time I called I got them on the phone. Well I got up set wast of my time and told them I'll take it to someone else. DO NOT GO THERE PLACE IS CRAP NOW!! SAD!!

The price was competitive and the staff were genuine but they didnt have enough staff.  I stood in line 10 min just to talk to the people at the counter.  Calling on the phone is even worse, i had to wait even longer to talk to a real person.  By contrast, sams club is across the street and the service was way faster.
