I haven't been in the store yet, I called just to get quotes on prices of the furniture and it seems like they have proper customer service. Sometimes when looking for somewhere to shop that first encounter over the phone can either bring in a customer or you can lose buissnes on a potential loyal customer

My Daughter bought a bedroom set from Duran's Furniture, when it was being loaded on her truck, she asked the girl if that dresser mirror was going to be safe there between the mattresses, and she was told that it was fine. Well driving to her apartment in Highland, the mirror flew out on the freeway. When we contacted Duran's Furniture later that day, we were told that we needed to bring in the box, when I informed her that, that was not possible it was on the freeway, she said she have to call the owner, and informed us that it was the owners wife that help load up the bedroom set that day. I told her I call back. When I called back I was told $120 if I wanted a new mirror. We could see paying half, they told her that the mirror would be alright, when I asked to talk to owner she said she was the owner, when I asked for her name she wouldn't give it to me, finally Duran came on and said $120 if you want a new mirror, I asked again for his name and he hung up on me. We LOVED the bedroom set, and she was gonna buy a sofa from them when she picked up the mirror. The owners of Duran's Furniture should learn how to run a business and could use a course in professional/business ethics.
