This place came highly recommended to me. It's my understanding that they do excellent work, which I do not doubt because they seem to be booked all the time. Every appointment is at least two weeks out, so they must be doing something right to be so busy. More business than they can handle! I use this term "appointment" loosely. When I called to schedule, they said to drop it off in the morning of the day my appointment was scheduled. Honestly, I forgot to get it over there first thing in the morning and by noon it was too late. I missed my window to get the best tinting in Yuma done on my car. Aside from the fact that there was some confusion on the date of my actual appointment. I'm not gonna tell them how to handle their business, but maybe they should consider hiring someone else to help. Of course, that comes with a downside. I'm sure they don't want their quality or the reputation to suffer by taking on too much. Maybe just having someone who schedules the appointments that will actually take down the name and number of the customer. That might help. Nonetheless, they're doing very well without my business. Maybe I'll try them in the winter time when getting windows tinted is not at the top of the list of things that need to be done.
