This is the best dealership I've ever delt with. I only buy Nissan brand vehicles now. Friendly and professional staff, knowledgeable, and always addresses me by my name. Eric Pastrana is excellent in the services department.

Definitely double check all your paperwork. What your told and what's in writing will probably be different. They took advantage of my wife and didn't say anything about not putting the tags and licensing into the loan and now a month later I have to come up with another $400 to get my plates. When the amount of out of pocket money I could spare was stressed. And then the inconvenience of them cashing the 2 down payment checks way before they were suppose to and over drawing my account. And all this was also in an agreement that wasn't followed. I would definitely not buy another vehicle from this place

I'm visiting Yuma from out of town and my car wouldn't start. I was able to use roadside assistance to tow my Juke to Sonora Nissan, and they had me in and out within an hour. Repair was covered under the warranty! Eric was great when I called and told me to come in and ask for him and he would take care of me. They really made a stressful situation easy to deal with. Thanks guys!

Took my vehicle for service. Staff was friendly and helpful. Service was fast and the waiting area is pretty clean.
