These reviewers were way to kind! The owner of this shop is CRAZY RUDE and a evil, vile, little troll of a man, who lies and lies often. Anything he says he will do you can not trust. He uses the F word in front of strangers he just met and women. He has no business working with the public. You are not entitled to your opinion. It would be best if you never disagree with him unless you like being screamed at with expletives used often. Suffice it to say the customer is not ever right here! Meeting this man has been one of the worst experiences of my young life so far. Avoid this man at all costs!  No good will come from entering in any deal with this guy. He is involved with more law suits than China has rice. He has trouble paying but has no trouble taking from you. His life is in a downward spiral none could recover from. Run! Run away from this obtrusive slow payer. His lovely wife is kind hearted and wonderful. She qualifies as the better half for sure. No other person could put up with his awful personality.

Do not take your pianos here. I used to work here and am still owed for 3 weeks of pay.  From someone who has been in the shop and knows how they operate, I can not recommend these peoples work to anyone. They don't do things they charge people for, they use the cheapest parts they cant find, superglue and hide all mistakes (there are a lot). They are rude and dishonest people out to find anyone who will give them any money.  The owner can barely see and does Very lackluster work but claims to be a professional while he is far from it.  He treats his wife like a slave while she does better work than he does.  They don't even have a legal business license for their new location in West Cleveland.  Go to anybody but Dusenbury & Son Piano.

I called just wanting to look at the pianos and to find the hours, after someone trying to sell me things without me able to speak, I decided I didn't want to stop out anymore and was cursed out and hung up on. Then the owner called me back trying to sell me a piano. When I told her what happened she didn't even apologize I had to ask her to. I've never had another person be so rude let alone the owners of a store im only sorry I couldn't give zero stars.
