I'm giving 4 stars because Fedex don't deliver on a Saturday. If I'm incorrect then view this as a 5 star review instead, but I'm pretty dang sure that USPS and UPS deliver on a Saturday without it being an extra special service. I wasn't in on Friday to receive my item (my bad), and when I got home the tag said to go to the shipping center in Middleburg Hts to pick it up after 5pm. I got to the place at about 7ish and was greeted by a friendly woman. She got my package quickly and there was no fuss or drama. I didn't feel like I was an inconvenience at all or like she wanted to be someplace else (let's face it, we all would rather be somewhere else other than work, but you're not meant to take that out on customers :P). I wouldn't mind having to go back there on other occasions that I'm not in to take a delivery.

Dont even want to give a single star. But there is no option. My envelope with very important document was left near garbage bin. I never received it. Cant trust Fedex. Highly disappointed.

I requested that a package be next day shipping. I missed the first guy so he put the sticker on our door. I signed it so they would leave the next day. The next day the other deliver person put a new sticker and didn't even see the first sticker. Please note the doors on the front of the house are approximately 10 feet apart. Pay attention!!! I will try never to use fedex express shipping again.
