This was my first time having Dutch Bros Coffee and it won’t be my last! I literally see so many people at my job with a Dutch Bros cup in their hand every morning as opposed to the other major chains no shade so I said I MUST try it. Caleb was very welcoming and took my order as I was waiting in line and Mario made small conversation with me at the window as I was waiting for my drink. I had the Cocomo and it was delicious. Thank you so much.

Love the vibe that Dutch Bros give. Love the coffee. However this location needs some work. One female worker here is very rude and has no bones about letting you know if she doesn't like you. I am guessing that if the drink is not what you ordered and you complain to this young lady... And you come back she remembers that you complained. Regardless customer service is a high point to this consumer given how expensive things have become. So if I am going to spend $5+ dollars and tip on top of that as a treat to myself. I want the customer service that should come with that. Will still continue to vibe with Dutch Bros but may avoid this location.

1st time at this location and the customer services great so is the coffee   Vegetarian options: I don&#39;t drink cow milk.  So it&#39;s awesome they have oat milk and some others

This location takes forever to get the drinks out and then this morning decided that they were going to almost double the price of my drink because I request no ice. Literally no other location in Tucson has a problem making my drink. Do your self a favor and just go to any other dutch bros in town. About 1/2 of the staff of nice though

As always it’s great to find Dutch bros as a coffee selection! I enjoy many of the drinks on the menu. This location was friendly and got through the drive line quickly.

I love Dutch, but I don’t love this location. Most visits I have here result in my drinks being wrong and excessive wait because they don’t know how to control their lines.2/10 would not recommend this location to a new customer, I will be going out of my way to visit a different location from now on.

I paid with a credit card, didn’t work. I used another credit card, didn’t work. The girl taking our order told us to just proceed to the window. We get to the window, cards didn’t work again I then used ANOTHER card, didn’t work. We tried my daughters card and Apple Pay and nothing worked. The girl at the window reset her machine and we tried again, nothing worked. She said we can take the drinks but next time to use another card  we tried 4 different cards with money on them and nothing worked. Won’t be going back there.

I hope I get his name right but I believe his name is Mario… it is a Saturday morning and of course the drive-through is very long, Mario is outside taking orders and I just wanted to say his efficiency and being so productive while getting everyone’s orders and making that line go by so fast. He did such a good job!
