Super slow service. I totally understand if they were understaffed or not very busy but they had five people and it really wasn’t busy. It took almost 30 minutes for me my order While waiting with my toddler and trying to keep her occupied, and it was not complicated And I had only one thing. I know the lady felt bad, and I don’t think it was her fault I just think they need to be a little bit better organize and maybe come up with some better systems.

Placed a mobile order during a relatively slow time. Let the cashier know I had placed a mobile order, asked for a water as well. Was told they would be at the end. Waited a couple minutes, water was ready and they called my name. Stood there 15 minutes patiently waiting while 6 people got their drinks. Finally had enough and asked them about my drink, they smarted off to me and acted like they had been waiting for me. I had been standing 6 feet from them making eye contact and they called my name for the water. This would be understandable during a rush, not during a slow time in the mall.

Starbucks always makes an attempt to personalize there interaction with me. They are always friendly know how I like my drink. I go everyday and they now know me by face and have my drink ready when I get there. I use the mobile ordering for faster service when I'm on my way to work. The mobile service is the best thing out there for busy people.

The drinks are always good! Today this location demonstrated astounding customer service! I got my drink and I sat down at a table to drink it. I accidentally spilt it all over the table and floor! One of the baristas saw this and said she would remake my drink and not to worry about anything!  I felt bad for making a mess and being so clumsy,  but they said accidents happened and cleaned the drink up and remade my order! Excellent customer service!

They were very nice, but I can't believe how SLOW they are. 5 employees working but I'm not sure what they are all doing. Not making drinks!!! It took 15 min, for our drinks and only 3 people ordered before us.

This is the best Starbucks I have ever been to! The employees who worked Thursday evening gave me the best Starbucks experiences  I’ve ever had and I’m from Seattle. They went above and beyond for customer service. Thank you so much!

When it's 2pm and you're feeling the afternoon blues coming in and you've no other choice Starbucks will help you out. Pro tip would be to get a $8 can of Folgers Black Silk from Safeway and make your own coffee at home instead of buying into the prestige of having a plastic cup you can walk around the mall with.

One of my favorite locations! Baristas are super friendly and the service is quick.  Its ALWAYS super busy but my drinks are ready quickly and right every time. Friendly staff as well.

This staff always does their best to accomodate anyone's needs. If they make a mistake, they will fix it right away. I've seen these guys slammed busy and their attitude is still chipper. I really appreciate this team because they're always going above and beyond to make my day.
