We love Dutch Bros. The staff is super friendly and make sure you get just what you ordered. They usually ask me to taste my drink before I drive off to make sure I like the way it was made. I am glad they have so many sugar free flavor options instead of just the standard vanilla.

Finally got a chance to visit Dutch Bros today. Customer service is a 10 and the drinks are very good I got a strawberry lemonade and the vampire slayer it's super delicious. I will definitely be back to try more flavors. #DutchBrosCoffee

Okay so this coffee spot was alright but still could be better Customer service is there  Reason for only 3 stars is because they made me and my husband's drink wrong. They put cold brew in mine and breve in his. The one with the cold brew was supposed to be pumpkin but tasted only of chocolate. I did like my husband's drink so I did drink his but went home and added pumpkin spice seasoning to the drink. I'll maybe call maybe not idk We ordered the chocolate chip muffin top and got 2. One tasted super fresh while the other tasted almost expired. The one that was fresh tasted buttery, cakey, chocolatey good but too sweet for me which I'm sure it's great for the kiddos  Idk if I'm missing  anything  but I'll update later when I try more    Kid-friendliness: Kids love the hot cocoa

My husband and I finally made a stop at a Dutch bros for the first time, and we are SO happy it was this one! I hope all dutch bros are as amazing and high energy as this one! The drive thru staff were cheering and shouting encouraging stuff at us, the guy at the drive thru was funny and engaging and the whole staff looked so happy to be there, and the coffee is great, too! Like wow! New favorite, definitely better than Starbucks! Thank you so much to the entire crew for making our first experience memorable, even though most of you didn't know it was our first! Edit: we also overheard the, I'm assuming manager or shift lead, who was the guy at the drive thru who was so awesome, coaching everyone about the next rush they were expecting which is AMAZING to hear! Keep up the great work!

I am so sad to be writing this review, but we've been to this new location several times to give them a chance because we have been waiting and waiting for this one to open. Something has been wrong every time. No cream in my Americano I asked for it with cream and they argued there was cream in there see photo. The hazlenut truffle comes with soft top and it was missing today and we had to send it back. When it returned there was ST all over the cup and messy. The 3 lane car line, you'll be skipped over. I'm only giving two stars for the friendly workers holding a smile despite their obvious frustration when things are wrong. I hope they get it together soon, and we will try keep giving chances until then. Maybe they should have some help and extra training. Pantego location has their stuff on point 99% of the time, so we might hop back over there for a bit. :

Come get your coffee. And come back every Wednesday first of the month for some free stickers! I always miss them but that’s what they said shipment comes. And they go quick. This here is a pumpkin chai white coffee I believe. Delicious. Enjoy!

The person who took my order was very helpful explaining the menu since it was my first time there. The drive through was really quick and the staff very friendly. I got the cold brew and it was super good. I would recommend it for sure.

I absolutely love making this stop for drinks. Sure, it's always busy, but the staff here are the nicest in town. I always have an excellent interaction with the employees here, and the service is always quick. Do yourself a favor and make a trip to Dutch Bros!

Coffee is great, but the staff taking orders tends to do too much, jockeying for tips. I would rather pay an extra $0.50 each drink so yall can pay the staff adequately so they aren’t so aggressive. And I just feel it’s tacky asking for a tip when you’re taking an order in a drive through line. Can’t imagine Whataburger asking if I want to tip because they handed me my drink? I just want coffee, and really wish I didn’t have to roll my window up to get them to stop talking.

The service/price/& product here is on point and has been since day 1!  Update: I always get exact same drink every time so I know what my drink looks like before I get it. They gave me the wrong drink and instead of just fixing it she argued with me. Then gave me another drink which looked right but in the end was still wrong. I ended up leaving and throwing my $7 away only to go to another Dutch bros to get it remade.
