Update on this I spoke with the owner the owner is very rude very unknowledgeable and would rather just replace apart then test it to see if it works apparently he doesn't know how to test parts. I called on the phone the lady that answered the phone was kind enough to answer all my questions I done came down to have the part that I might need replaced tested to see if it was broken. the man who I met behind the counter at 8 in the morning was very rude. He was a serviceman and said I don't test anything I just replace I said well what if it's the wrong part I can't return it so if it we would test it would be nice he then got very mad and very rude and decided to throw me out of the store very bad customer service the man was rude and incapable of testing a small electronic part.

Arthur Anderton and his employees are courtious and knowledgeable. They sell and maintain most brands of appliances. I highly recommend. If you have an emergency they can respond quick.

The people that own/run this place are the absolute worst for Warranty work. Terrible manners on the phone. Younger woman doesn't update older woman.. Older woman doesn't care what younger woman said or promised.. Constant rescheduling.. One time the reason for rescheduling (Talking to the owner) was because the Owner had a friend that needed help with something.. When they FINALLY did show up after 3 reschedules .. The repair guy was way past scheduled time (Never called to say would be late mind you..) AND got mad/upset that couldn't stay home now for repairs.. had already explained during scheduling we have kids needing to be picked up from school after allotted time.. We definitely do NOT recommend this company or these people for warranty work. Gave 1 star because review would not let me do Zero stars..
