I got very good service when I purchased a sectional sofa there. Both Brice and Angel (the manager) were very helpful and went out of their way to explain options and to make sure I understood the terms. I was able to pay the entire amount before 90 days. After 90 days the price is too high.

The management is horrible, very unprofessional. Only good thing about this store is Brice. He is a worker there, very respectful and should be management.

On 8/8/2015 I attempted to purchase a laptop from this store. My friend gave me a 50% off coupon for a new customer. I waited a few weeks and went to make my purchase. First I was told they did not know anything about this coupon, including the store manager. I call my friend from my cell and come to find out they guy whom i was speaking to was the person that gave her the coupon. Suddenly he remembers the coupon and i was told the promotion ended. My friend still on the phone advised me she asked when it ended because the coupon was not dated and was told it didn't have one. The manager who would not speak to me called the District Manager. I spoke to Mark the District Manager on the phone. He explained the promotion ended and it couldn't be honored. I explained I had enough retail experience to know that he didn't have a choice or that would be illegal. He then demanded to know my retail history even after I responded by saying is does not matter. Mark then agreed to honor the coupon. I went outside to think this over because of the treatment I was receiving. I was then called in the store to pay for the laptop. I asked what the warranty on used laptops are. I was told because I used the coupon I would not be provided a warranty. The laptop was locked and they never opened it for me to verify it even worked properly. They finally got the information to unlock it and said they would unlock it for me to look at it but still no warranty because I used the coupon. I was only looking them them to provide 14 or 30 days to make sure it connected to wifi ect.. and worked. I was told by Mark the District Manager as he is laughing go ahead and call Corp to complain the call will just be routed to me. Mark was correct I called Corp and was told I couldn't do anything until Mark called me back. Today is 8/17/2015 Mark was supposed to call within 24 hours. Today Corp told me he made a note that he attempted to call me. I work from home in my office and was there all day. I am now currently waiting for a call from the Regional Manager. I was not going to leave a review until this matter was resolved. I changed my mind because it is taking so long and it may never be resolved. BOTTOM LINE IS THEY DON'T CARE IF THEY ARE BREAKING THE LAW! THEY DID HONOR THE COUPON BUT WITH HELD THE WARRANTY BECAUSE I USED THE COUPON. TOLD ME IF I WOULD FINANCE IT THEN I WOULD STILL GET THE WARRANTY AND USE THE COUPON. I REALLY HOPE THIS HELPS!!!!!! WHAT THEY DIDN'T KNOW WAS I WAS GOING TO FINANCE A DIFFERENT ITEM FROM THEIR STORE BUT NOW I WILL SAVE FOR A BIT AND PURCHASE IT ELSEWHERE LESS EXPENSIVE.
