Dwayne Aaron and his team exemplify the state farm motto "like a good neighbor". They insure my home, auto, and life insurance policies and I would recommend their services to anyone and everyone. One instance in particular sticks out in my mind when I think about the quality customer service provided by Dwayne and his team: not long ago, I was in a near fatal car accident on an arizona freeway. I spoke with the claims staff and expected things to go by the book from there on until everything was settled. I was pretty shaken up. I never expected Dwayne's staff member Sandy to call and check on me. She stayed on the phone with me for what seemed like hours and comforted me until my car had been towed and I was out of harms way. That's just one example of how Dwayne's team goes above and beyond.

Dwayne Aaron is the best insurance agent in Scottsdale! Honest, trustworthy and professional. Everything you could ever ask for in an insurance agent. I really appreciate how him and his staff really take the time to explain every detail, so there aren't any unanswered questions about your home and auto insurance at the end of the day. Couldn't be happier!

I have known Dwayne Aaron for over five (5) years, and I would highly recommend him and his excellent staff for insurance needs. He is personable, friendly, and on top of things. His agency is diligent and responsive, courteous and professional, friendly and caring.
