My house was burglarized a few months ago while I was out of the country. One of the few silver linings to that difficult experience was having an insurance representative that made me feel at ease that my issues would be taken care of when I got home. I had a lot of sentimental sports memorabilia taken and Farmers was great about reimbursing us for everything, including things we never expected to be covered. Josh walked me through the process and made sure I was reimbursed for everything I was entitled to. I was happy to have Josh and Farmers through those tough times.

In 2013 my home was broken into while I was at the office. I was able to get ahold of josh immediately and he told me exactly what I need to do to get the ball rolling with my claim. He was there to help throughout the process and provided clarification on what would be covered and what most likely would not be covered as part of my claim. I was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to work with Farmers and Josh as part of this not so fun experience. Although I hope to never go through this process again, Josh made it as pleasant as possible.
