I absolutely echo the highly pleased sentiments of many who've posted below. I would have to say that the entire experience with your DWM Roofing company and its staff was EXEMPLARY! Pete was very knowledgeable and explained EVERYTHING we would need and be receiving if we were to do the re-roofing of our home and standalone garage. Every bit of the costs entailed were broken down and clarified for us. It was SO helpful to have a printed list of homes, with addresses, that we could actually drive to see, in determining which color shingles we'd ultimately select. Going to the office and being allowed to borrow the samples was also helpful. Very pleasant office staff, too! The work crew that came to do the job was also of high caliber. They were industrious and worked efficiently with a tempo and work energy that was impressive. I was astounded by the clean-up, too! I appreciate not having to fear nails or staples being left behind because they used the metal detector for a thorough check. Truly there is a demonstrated pride in a job well down by your employees. My roofs are beautiful! The people involved, the materials and the performance on the job...everything, actually, was high quality, through and through! Thank you for such a pleasant experience. Super satisfied!

Since we bought our house last year, we've had DWM out for 3 separate projects: replace chimney flashing, replace garage fascia and gutter, and most recently to repair a leak in our roof around the plumbing vent. David and his team have always been kind, professional, fast, and efficient. In this most recent project, I was impressed that David added an elbow to the vent to prevent rain water from getting in, in addition to replacing the boot/flashing around the vent. I appreciate that they don't overcharge to take care of the smaller jobs, and I am happy to have found them because when we eventually need the bigger jobs done (all new roof and gutters) I already know who I'll be calling!

After finding 4 spots in our ceiling leaking water, DWM had Brandon to our house in about an hour to identify the problem. He was incredibly thorough and went above and beyond to help us figure out what was wrong. It wasn't even a roofing issue, but he didn't want to leave until I had an answer which was a complete lifesaver. I'm so grateful we called DWM, they were amazing to work with and I hope to use them in the future for any actual repairs/replacements we may need!

Pete Miller was very professional and extremely friendly. He and his steam performed an outstanding job on my roof despite unforeseen difficulties encountered on part of my roof. Pete had noted all the details and special requests I provided upon his first visit and addressed each in the most thorough fashion. I had forgotten to remind Jim Wolf, the gutter guy, about one of them but when I came back from work the additional piece of downspout I needed was there waiting for me. Altogether I was impressed by the quality and timeliness of the services rendered. Well done guys!

DWM was the lowest of the 4 bids that I received. The scheduler worked with us to reschedule the work because of a conflict with our vacation. On the day of the work, the crew arrived on time. They were polite and friendly. They used tarps to protect our shrubs and other property around the house. The crew worked as a team and finished the job before the end of the day. They did a great job with the cleanup. Except for the new roof, you would not even know that any work took place. DWM made the whole process painless. I strongly recommend them.
