Been looking for a roofer around town so a friend gave me Jay’s phone number. He was so friendly and accommodating. They dropped by my house to check the damage on my roof and gave me the quotation. Surprisingly cheaper than expected. They gave me the best rate so far so I decided to give them a try. They did an awesome job with my roof. No leaks, everything seems to work pretty well. They also guaranteed that I won’t have to call them again for any re-fixing which gave me the confidence to say that these guys know roofing better than anyone out there.

The Home Wise Pros completed my new roof just over a week ago, and they did a fantastic job!  Jay was excellent to work with, and made the whole process easy and worry free.  He and his crew did everything he said they would do, in a timely fashion, with outstanding quality!  If every home improvement contractor conducted business and did their work like Jay and the Home Wise Pros, I would look forward to having work done on my house.  If you are having a new roof put on your house, your best choice is The Home Wise Pros!

We just had our roof replaced by Jay and Home Wise Pros.  Jay gave a thorough explanation of what was needed and what materials would be used, provided an estimate that was better than another we received, showed up when he said he would, and got the job done in a thorough and timely manner.  In addition, his team ensured that all debris, including old nails, was cleared from around the yard. My roof looks great!

The Home Wise Pros did a great job on my new roof.  Jay did exactly what he said he was going to do and gave me regular updates throughout the day when installing the roof. In addition, Jay sent me pictures of everything they did.  I would highly recommend Home Wise Pros if you are looking for a new roof.

I always call them whenever I need someone to clean my roof. They repainted my roof many times and despite of the high-quality paint and service they have, the rate has  reasonable too. They probably has the most affordable rates in Rockville.
