Kenny was AMAZING both times that I needed to use him. The Man is truly selfless and a wonderful human being. I couldn't have done any of this without him - I was really losing hope. From the start to the finish, Geoffrey  Turoff kept me informed  and what to expect in the future during negotiations with  Ohio Worker's  compensation,  and he was always right on point. From retraining to eventual settlement , He kept my interest 1st. The staff at this law firm is always professional and courteous,  and when I say professional,  I mean they do what they say they will do. From the switchboard to the legal clerks, professional!!! Thanks to all at Dworken and Bernstein.

In my opinion, Howard Rabb and his team at Dworken & Bernstein have an exceptional eye for detail that has been a guiding benefit to our firm for more than ten years.  The wise and timely counsel from Howard has helped to ensure our success in the past and for the future.  Furthermore, when an attorney like Howard pauses his family vacation overseas to help me with a business Agreement, that’s what I call dedication and support!  I will be using them again soon!

Was referred to Anna Parise from a family member to resolve custody issues because she was supposed to be "tough".  After reviewing my case she said there were violations from ex that we had a case for, took my retainer and proceeded to do nothing.  rarely returned emails, failed to file other offenses against order, often times did not have slightest clue what we discussed weeks before or what was even in my agreement in the first place.  When called out on this two months in told her I was going elsewhere and she told me she was a "rockstar" and had been caught up in a guest lecture and to give he a chance.  Regrettably I did and after six more months and a felony charged against my ex she wanted me to sign what amounted to be a worse agreement and still never handled what she was hired to do!  Stay away
