Just purchased a used Jay Feather unit from Dylan’s. We love it.  They treated us so well. Very nice folks to do business with. Andrew handled the sale and is truly a very nice person.  Cannot say enough about Ernie who walked me through it and taught me what to know from a use and maintain perspective.  Rachel was our finance person and she was awesome.  Just a really professional staff.  Never felt pressured at all!

Everyone at Dylan's was great! Best experience I ever had purchasing an RV! Rachael was outstanding! She got me a great rate on the financing and even handled cancelling the extended warranty on my trade so I could get a refund for the unused portion!

Ernie was very helpful.  As new RV owners he walked us through our trailer and was able to answer any questions we had. Ernie went above and beyond by taking the time to help us with a few packages we shipped to Dylans.  Outstanding service from a great guy!!

Bought our Verona at Dylan s  in August.  The process was smooth and the communication prior to delivery  was excellent. My sales people were Joanne and Jim. 

 Only reason why I am not giving them 5 stars is the electric water heater was DOA from day one and that should have been caught during the dealer inspection when the unit arrived from factory.

 I have not used their service department yet, but will in a couple of months to fix some minor warranty stuff.  Will report back after my service.

Overall it has been great dealing with them so far.

We bought our Dynamax DX3 from Dylan’s and they were all fantastic. Jim Rush did a great sales job with no pressure, just helpful and knowledgeable. Rachel was excellent and helpful throughout the sale details.
  Just as helpful after the sale. I would highly recommend the whole team. We will definitely buy again from Dylan’s.  5 stars and perfect.
