Very quiet, neighbors are pleasant and always helpful!! Don't judge a book by its cover. I feel it's a work in progress hopefully.

They don't do what they are suppose to and always trying to get more money out of you. Had I known about all the cattiness with a few neighbors and their story telling and the park not fixing everything in our home as we were told at agreement of sale we might not have purchased the home. Just had a rent increase and now want more money. When you call corp. office nobody returns your call or emails.

Would not Recommend you live here unless you like having your front lawn  as part of the Delaware river when it rains hard.

Very nice place to live lately. They are in the process of cleaning up the area, removing over growth of vines and debris. Residents are also helping by cleaning up their own lots. I must say it's really looking great here and I'm feel very comfortable and safe here.
