Doctor McCune seems great but his staff doesn't know what they're doing. If you ask them all the same question they'll all give you different answers. I needed a sooner appointment to discuss injections the first lady said she couldn't schedule it because their system was down and to call back later, the second said I had to speak to a nurse in order to get the appointment, the nurse said she couldn't schedule the appointment unless the doctor approved it but he was too busy so I just need to wait for my follow up appointment.

Nothing but good things too say. Problem is with Medicaid who make you jump through hoops before getting the treatment you need.
