I have contracted with Dynamic Travel for more than 20 years and the service has always been outstanding. I just read the review from the previous person and I understand every business needs profit to operate. $30 fee is normal in this industry for this service. As a frequent traveler like myself that I depend on a trustworthy service to arrange my trip. It saves so much time when your trips have been planned well to allow you to focus in doing business. One particular incident happened to me a few years ago that I was strained in overseas airport without a return flight. I called Dynamic Travel in the middle of the night and the owner took care of my travel arrangement to allow a safe passage back to US. This service is far beyond any on line ticket service can provide. Dynamic Travel is a great travel agency and they have provided great services to many happy customers.

I used a company called Dynamic Travle about ten years ago and it was OK then.  But the past two experiences I had were horrible.  The first time the rep was nice and she told me she just got a great price if I could purchase right away before the price goes up.  It turned out the price she told me was $30 more than the one I found by surfing the web, with not much effort.  Then she admitted that it was the same ticket and she needed to add $30 for service fee.  Why bother?

What really dissapointed me was the second time when I called.  An absolute A**HOLE man picked up the phone and was incredibly RUDE.  He dodged my questions and hang up on me even if I asked him not to.  What a F***** A**hole!!!!  

So Bad Price and Poor Customer Service....

I would go to the web or call Global Travel instead.
