We had our Dyson V-6 cord-free for 10 months and it worked wonderfully especially since one of our dogs sheds like crazy. A few days ago the brush wouldn’t spin. So after troubleshooting with customer support, we went to the store to drop it off. The man asked if we had a few minutes and he took the Dyson to the back to see what the issue was. It turned out that the wire inside it got messed up somehow. We were in and out within 5-10mins and left with a working Dyson free of charge.

AMAZING service. My roommate broke a part of my vacuum so she took it to Dyson Service Center. They fixed it for her without charging her or even asking her for the receipt. They also did extra maintenance and fixed something else that wasn’t working properly. My vacuum now is working like new :)

In and out very quickly. Thought I had to drop it off and come back in the future but it was fixed that day. They even cleaned the filters and cut the hair off of the beater bar. Top notch.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Best place to go if you have a Dyson issue, they cleaned a clog in mine for free!
