Great selection of work boots and the prices are as good as Amazon. The sales staff were helpful and seemed to really know what they were talking about.

This place is a joke. They sold my husband a pair of overpriced boots and told him to wear them for a couple of days and return them if they didn't fit well. When we went to return them they refused to take them back saying the leather was scuffed , even though it was scuffed when we bought them. The manager acted like he was better than us and was completely rude. Go anywhere but here! Bought boots at Bass Pro and they are amazing! Avoid the rude manager at all cost! He is all about making a dime and doesn't care at all about customer service!

Went in to get set up with work pants and boots. Immediately was greeted by Brandon - the GM - who confirmed my PO and directed me to the different areas of the store. When I had no luck finding the pants I was needing, Brandon pointed me to the front of the store where they were actually on markdown, and when I went to checkout with what I thought were a good pair of boots, he recommended a pair that had received better response from his customers regarding their durability. Then he had a second pair of pants in my size transferred from another store and ordered three of the newer version of them from Carharrt. Brandon was a great example of customer service done right, and a reason I will continue to use E Edwards for my work wear needs.
