A few months ago, I left this agency. Terrible customer service, my messages would go ignored, always unanswered questions. Joan made me feel like a idiot and no way could you get a hold of Sean, but the reason I left was because I lost my car.  I purchased a new one and at the car lot I was at they called a woman to help get me insured.  Tracy!!! Lo and behold she represents EF Barrett as a customer service rep.  Way To Go Barrett!!!!!!!!!  She was so informative, kind, helpful, and went out of her way to assist me.  My 5 Stars is for her.

This guy is a total rip off I reported him to the insurance commotion he gambels at the casino with people's insurance money over charges people threw a middle man company he is a total scam do not get insurance threw him I gave him $1000 and a month later got a cancelation in the mail he did not send my money to the company he needs his ass kicked for ripping everyone off I'm warning everyone this guy is a shady person get insured somewhere els !
