I find it very strange that when I call the Erie customer service line, that they tell me something completely different about my coverage than this agency does. Both my family and I have had many problems like this and have had accidents happen and have been told that we do not have proper coverage. I will be staying with erie, since they have the best insurance prices, but I most defiantly be switching branches.

An insurance agency with awesome agents and staff who believe in customer service. Erie's rates are a draw themselves, but I recently moved and still use Larry George Agency even though I live 30 minutes away now. There are several Erie agents in my area but I have no reason to switch! I recently purchased a new vehicle and had a quote and changed my vehicle within minutes, even on no notice. When I purchased homeowners, Kathleen was able to guide me on what coverages I needed and which I didn't. Couldn't be more highly recommended.

we have been with Larry since 2001. Car insurance first. Then our homeowners. He helped our oldest get his own affordable insurance policy. We have never had any issues and they are quick to respond with answers to any questions!

Larry George Agency has been my insurance agent for a long time, for all major insurances - home, life & auto, and I've never failed to gain the help & assistance I needed in a timely manner. Customer support and assistance has always been number 1 with them.

I have been with this agency a really long time, in fact i have a policy you just can't find anymore.  They are prompt, courteous, and on point.  A+
