Very disappointed, after reading lots of reviews was hoping to have my roof replaced by this company. Called the 1800 number from the website on Friday, set up a time for estimate yesterday, Monday October 30th from 11-12, the secretary told me John would be coming out. No Call No Show.

I definitely would recommend this company. They are professional, responsive, and the work is flawless. They really take their time to show you what you need vs what is optional for your roof. Great price, great customer service, and fast and efficient. Look forward to working with them for my next home improvement project.

I would highly recommend to anyone that needs chimney repair. Eagle Brothers was by far the most competitive quote. I needed extensive chimney repair for both furnace and wood burning flues. They took the time to explain the work that was required. No hidden costs with excellent service!

Made an appointment with Eagle Roofing after all the so called positive, legitimate reviews. Reconfirmed appointment the day prior and took off work. 9 am appointment. No one showed up! At 11 am I left a message asking if they were still coming and the same at 2pm. Received a call back at 8:30 pm that night telling me he needed to change the appointment. Almost a week later and nothing! You call any of their 3 phone numbers listed at any time and you get a voice mail. You decide.......

John came by and looked at the issue and gave me honest feedback. The chimney was not the problem and he pointed a few other items that will eventually need repair, but didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Very polite and friendly. Will definitely work with him in the future.
