The sales lady was knowledgeable and helpful.  We had a bit of confusion with the folk's at Eagle, but after that they were very helpful.   The whole process from the purchase, obtaining the permits and installation took one month to the day.  Which We felt was excellent.   Eagle delivered and installed the building on time and the installer did a professional job.  The building is great.

I recently purchased a utility shed from Steve at the Edgewood location and I could not be more pleased. Steve was great. I returned to the lot 4 or 5 times with different questions each time. At no time was there any pressure or impatience from Steve. He answered all of my questions in a professional manner and helped me to make an informed decision regarding which building was best for me. The building was delivered ahead of schedule and was spotted and leveled by two men who knew their job and did it well. End to end it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend these folks in a heartbeat.

I thought I'd update this review. The carport finally got here 6 weeks after I ordered it. It's a good product but the service was sad... 3 guys in an old beater truck (that was stuck in my driveway for a half hour or so) and spoke no english, except for 1 guy, got it installed but in spite of my warning Tom from Eagle that I had a very rocky space and they would need heavy equipment to get the 4 anchors installed, of course they showed up with plain old rotary anchors for regular dirt, and couldn't get them in at all, so I have no anchors and will have to do it myself. Also, surprise, after the install no call from anyone to see of everything was installed to my satisfaction.... my advice, is find a company that actually cares about customer service.
