Dr. and Mrs. Klein are doing a great job of raising grass fed beef!

I thank God for Nancy, I'm glad for her inspiration in having a farm to serve a community that is in need of organic, grass fed beef.  The customer service that Nancy put out every time we go is excellent, she cares about the needs of each customer and actually listens and tries to full fill those needs.  One of the things I see her do is having a book on her counter and if you have a special order you write it down with your contact info. and she actually gives you a call when that order is in, I have done that more than once and I get a cheerful call Janet your order is in.
The meat is great, I mean really good you are getting quality meat. The price is really fair, I like that Nancy has the price listed on the website so it's easy  to calculate what your are going to purchase before you even get to the ranch.
The business is clean, welcoming environment.  I love this ranch.  Eagle Catcher is only open on Saturday's from 2 or 3 to 5 pm but the great thing about it is Nancy will schedule an appointment with you to come a different day if it's difficult for you to make it on Saturday between the hours she's open. 
I'm a forever customer just because of the price, quality meat, customer service and how Nancy cares about what the customer needs. Professionalism speaks volume and it's clear in the wrapping of the package and the quality of the various products that is served.
