Becky (Rebecca) was the best! Quick, informative, super helpful. She asked quite a few questions on the first call, which was promptly when they opened the morning after I submitted it in the evening prior after they closed. This was actually extremely helpful for 2 reasons; got things started first thing in the morning for a speedy result, and also prevented the possible back and forth of Becky calling me then speaking with the underwriters. She was extremely helpful to ask everything the first time around so she wouldn't have to take from both of our days by calling numerous times making it a longer process. In less than 24 hours I knew the result and details about my loan. Great service!

This company and especially the people who work here are AMAZING! I came into contact with this company at the worst moment of my life, my son had just passed away and I injured my back at work about 5 hours earlier. I needed help to pay for my sons funeral and to help with my other bills. The staff made me feel at ease and they provided the best option available. A lot of other places try to take advantage of you at you lowest point but not this group of people! I would recommend this company/ location to anyone that needs help and cannot afford to be taken advantage of at the same time... The employees at this location deserve to be recognized and taken care of for the way they take care of their customers!!!!

I went here for my first loan in forever. Becky called me and made my application over the phone quick and easy.  Once I was approved, Michelle met with me in the store and went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable. She then helped me finalize my loan and got me in and out. They have great customer service, definitely worth going to check out!

I would just like to say that the Cleves,ohio branch is by far the best loan office I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. The staff is amazing and they have gone above and  beyond any of my expectations.  They take the time to get to know you personally and not just as a name on a loan application. They will work with you if you have any issues making a payment on time. I would gladly recommend this office to anyone looking for a personal loan. Thank you Eagle Loans!!!!
