The worst if you ever try and sell your vehicle privately. Do not use them if you can get anything local. Going on 9 days since I sent certified funds to them for a sale. Still claim they have not received. If you ever send anything to these people, make certain it's sent certified and registered mail at the very least. Do not trust them to do things properly or promptly. They have been absolutely no assistance whatsoever. Local banks or credit unions are far better choices. Would never do business with BMW Financial after this awful experience. A simple transaction and they can’t even figure out how to properly complete it.

BMW financial services is a horrible department. I called to discuss a bill from my 2014 BMW that they sent which was inaccurate. There were discripencies on the bill they sent when I turned in that car at the end of my lease. I talked to a manager, we cane to an agreement and I had paid what I owed for that car. However, even though I paid what I owed I'm still receiving a bill for $750.00. They were also supposed to drop a $150.00 charge for the second key which I returned. They never dropped that charge either. When I called to discuss this a female representative was extremely nasty! I asked to speak to a manager and was put on the phone with a man named Ty. He is not a manager. Ty was extremely nasty to me as well. He threatened to wipe out the settlement I had when I asked about the key. He said since I'm so worried about the key charge, he'll wipe out the rest and I can pay $750.00. When I asked to speak with the manager named Raven who I spoke to previously that told me the key charge would be removed I was denied. I expressed how upset I was and I told him I'm a loyal BMW customer (which I am) and that he was making me want to terminate the BMW lease I am currently in. His response in an extremely rude way was "Go ahead!" Go ahead? That's how you treat your customers?! I NEVER want to deal with BMW again!

Called BMW financial services due to a payment issue. They reported me as delinquent when I didn't receive the statement. This will damage my credit for 7 years so better not deal with BMW financial services at all. I am reading through the 5 star reviews here and I believe they are all not true or they are just BMW FS employees. Their service is the most horrible of financial institution. US govt should really shut them down.

These people are the worst! They could care less when one of their dealers makes a mistake. I leased an X6 and made every payment on time. I turned the car in and got an 8000.00 bill in the mail. I put in a dispute with BMW Credit and they did nothing after months of me calling and attempting to resolve the matter with them they just charged it off. They made no attempt to help like they promised they would and could care less that their dealer totally ripped me off! I spoke to every manager at the dealer level and BMW credit and no one would help resolve this incredible act of injustice against an innocent consumer! Stay away from Atlantic City of NJ!

BMW financial service is horrible. They don't treat you with respect at all. The agent on the phone cannot help at all. They will damage your credit so better not deal with them at all
