We brought our 6yr old in to see Dr. Berman. Our daughter is quite fearful from past Drs in other clinics and has zero trust. Dr. Berman never once wavered when our little girl put on the brakes and refused to cooperate. He showed such kindness & compassion with a smile that never faltered. Dr. Berman actually got our daughter to cooperate and she was HAPPY at the end of her appointment. I can not say enough good things about him and this clinic. EVERYONE was happy, EVERYONE was helpful, literally every person we came across was so friendly it was refreshing. We are so thankful for Dr. Berman and this clinic. For us it was worth the drive, and we will do it all again if she needs to be seen.

Dr. Larry Zieske is one of the best ENT doctors. I had severe nasal passage blockage caused by polyps and other symptoms. Two surgeries were done when I was still in school and failed. Dr. Zieske did a great surgery in 2004, and since then my nose and breathe came back to normal. Thank you Doctor and you helped to improve my life quality!

Brought my 19 mo old to see Dr. Benhoor Soumekh after several bouts of ear pain over the course of 2 months. Waited on hold to schedule and then front line staff hung up on me. Building directory had incorrect room # for office. MD's bedside manner was condescending and rushed and he never introduced us to the other person in the room documenting the visit. Never asked us if we had any questions and did a poor job explaining our treatment options. He asked us about 3 questions and then told us we would need to hold down our child so he could clear out the wax in her ear to see what was wrong. After about 1 min of my child thrashing about he gave up trying to clear the wax and said, "it is just too dangerous." He said we would need to come back in 2 weeks after using peroxide drops and that we may need to put her under anesthesia just to look in her ear. He did not provide us with any written instructions or discharge summary. This was a traumatic experience for my child and a total waste of my time and money.

We would like to thank Dr. Berman and all of the staff at Ear, Nose and Throat Specialty Care of Minnesota. Our son had tubes put in his ears two weeks ago and we have seen vast improvement in his health, comfort, eating and sleeping. We would recommend you to anyone and appreciate all of the support and care we received from everyone in the practice.

Highly recommend the care we received at this clinic. Dr. Micah Berman is an excellent, caring physician who was willing to work with us and figure out how to deal with a challenging chronic condition. In addition, every staff member who helped us -- from the scheduling staff, to the front desk staff to the radiology staff -- treated us with compassion and respect. Thank you!
