I was referred here when I experienced pregnancy complications. It was a very stressful situation because of the circumstances, but both my husband and I thought everything went as smoothly as could be expected. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating, answering all of our questions and giving reassurance the entire time... not just in the office, but on phone calls and other correspondence as well. We are very satisfied with the level of care I received here, as well as with the staff that provided it.

They F***ing suck they make you wait forever and don't even update or check on you like they should. They worry and are concerned even when there is absoultly nothing wrong with you or your test results...

Was referred to MN perinatal for an ultrasound and first trimester screening. They are the worst to schedule with. Took over a week for them to call me back after my referral went thru. The building is nice and clean which was a plus but my appt was scheduled for 9 am and I didn't get into the ultrasound until after 10am. They kept me waiting in a room with no one telling me it would be that long. After my "9am" appt I finally left after 11:30am. It took them so long to get me into the ultrasound room, then have a nurse come to take my blood. Everyone that I dealt with there was very nice but there was very little to no communication from the staff that the appt would take that long. I had to leave the exam room to find someone to find out why I had been waiting for over an hour.

Pro’s: Courteous nurses and ultrasound techs, new facility Con’s: I’ve ALWAYS had to wait at least a half hour (usually closer to a full hour) in the ultrasound room for the doctors. The Minneapolis MPP location is the only place where I’ve had an ultrasound and the doctor took longer than 5 mins to stop by to check in afterwards. I can always count on having to commit to spending the better part of my morning (or afternoon) at these appointments, simply because I’m sitting in a room waiting for the doctor to pop in for 3 mins to tell me my ultrasounds looked fine. The hourly parking rates are a bit steep.
