Took my 93 year old dad to see Dr. Jon Thomas. My dad had been going to the VA and not having any luck with his chronic ear infections and hearing loss. Dr. Thomas was first rate and fixed the issue as the VA was prescribing the wrong medication. Have been back twice with equal good results.

Quite disappointing. Took my son to the St.paul location. The surgeon seemed disinterested and didn't even take a basic history. Was walking around with a scribe but I wonder that the scribd wrote given the useless visit we had. We needed a follow up appointment but the clinic couldn't even set this up for us. As a physician myself I recognized how much emphasis is being placed on patient experience but the person we saw was completely disinterested in hearing our concerns or sharing his impression.

I'm listening to the options and it says press "0" to speak to an operator, and it just sends me pack to the whole option list. Really frustrating when I just want to ask a simple questions.

no megusto ese Thomas solo le hace perder su tiempo a uno y la verdad que no sirve para nada solo para cobra al seguro medico y no hacen nada por eso ya no voy a ver a nadiez para que no me hagan perde mi tiempo haste me glopio una rodilla y ni siquiera se disculpo asi son esa genrte medio una trajeta de un cirujano de la nariez llame ese cirujano y no tiene nada disponible y ni si quiera hacen un referido para que el cirujano lo vea mas rapido a uno ya no pierdo mi tiempo con esa gente los doctors de Minnesota no sirve para nada por eso es que no megusta Minnesota para nada
