A previous respondent may have had a bad bunch of potatoes for breakfast. I encountered nothing but helpful, pleasant staff members who were sensitive to my anxiety of a new diagnosis. All follow up calls that I made were returned within the day or during the day on the patient portal. I agree that the doctors are top notch and have full confidence in my care and treatment. One of the most unorganized heartless organization I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The doctors are great but rest of this organization is a disgrace. Their scheduling department is useless, cold and completely disingenuous. The administration in charge of this place is everything wrong with healthcare. If you can put up with a self-serving and completely careless organization then by all means go there. Like I said the doctors are great but it drops off dramatically when you deal with anyone else in this god forsaken hole. It is disturbing that they deal with people in life or death dilemmas in such a way.
