Excellent from beginning to end. Detailed proposal, therefore no unexpected surprises/hidden cost...Timeliness from pulling permits, to beginning of services on target. ONE day for completing flat roof redo. Clean up following project impeccable. Minor concerns addressed immediately. Pleasant employees willing to deal with anxious homeowner needing reassurance,  answering ongoing questions. Honest, "small/home town" feel", trusting people you contract with. Already recommended E. Johnston Roofing.

What a wonderful company to work with!!! Earl W. Johnston Roofing far exceeded my expectations!  The company is very organized and extremely professional.  Mike was my sales manager and was very patient, explained everything in detail, and was a pleasure to work with.  Meg in the office was very friendly and kept me informed throughout the project.  The foreman, Sam was also very knowledgeable and very pleasant.  One thing that impressed me was how the workers worked together as a team!! They were fast, efficient, and very customer oriented.  Rick was also very informative, explaining everything so that it made sense to us.  I am very happy with my new roof and am glad I choose this company to do this job!

I did my research. I had 5 different roof companies quoted for my entire roof replacement. We had lower and higher prices. The products use by all the company were similar. But what it really makes the different a to us was the customer service that we received from every single person that we had to talk at this company. From the sales person who explains everything to us (Walter), the owner who came to confirm the work site and the work order (Earl), the logistics (Meg) and all the crew that was here the day of the job. The cleaning of the site was impeccable. I am recommending this company to everyone! One of the best contractors that I had worked with in South Florida!

I called them on Thursday for a leak. Mike came on Friday, gave me the estimate on the spot. They scheduled for Monday and the repair was completed on time and within the estimated time frame. Awesome, every time.
