Jackie has all the answers and knows the best hotels for the best prices.  I had a 3 week vacation in Great Britain, and Jackie helped me figure out the London based and Edinburgh portions.  With the exception of a hiccup or two, everything was perfect!  I saw the highlights that I wanted to and had time to roam and explore on my own.  The next trip I take will definitely include Earth Excursions Travel Agency.

I have used Jackie for several trips.  She is a great professional!  She knows all aspects of the travel business and has personally visited many of the destinations that she books.  On our last trip to London, she was especially helpful in sure we got great hotel accommodations helping us book day trips since we had decided not to just take a tour. I heartily recommend Jackie!

I first contacted Jackie as she was a referral from a friend who also has utilized her services. I'm so glad he gave me her name!  From the very beginning, Jackie was extremely helpful and truly wanted to know how she could help.  By her asking questions, getting a feel for what we were looking for, she was able to provide a few choices that exceeded our expectations.  Our first vacation planned with Jackie was for a 7 day cruise. My wife and I had never done a cruise before, so of course we had a ton of questions.  Jackie answered every single question, then was able to help educate us on some of the other aspects which were important that we wouldn't have known otherwise.  The cruise was amazing!  A year later, we were wanting to do another vacation, but of a different sorts.  Again, Jackie was able to provide a few great options, and we talked through all of the differences.  It turned out to be the BEST vacation we have ever had!  We've now booked a third vacation- this time a Disney vacation with the kids and yet again, Jackie was able to get everything set up, answer quite a few questions along the way, and is always responsive to my many emails and calls to her.  I highly recommend anyone looking to travel, to definitely call Jackie at Earth Excursions- I know we will continue to use her services!!!

Jackie has been more than patient and helpful with my changing travel plans to SE Asia. She found very reasonable airfare and offered great advice.

Jackie is simply amazing.  Her many years of expertise helped us navigate and really enjoy the experience of booking a cruise.  She has also helped us on basic airline tickets.  Having a travel agent is priceless;  the customer service can't be beat and I would much rather have Jackie in my back pocket should anything ever happen in our travels!  I refer her whenever I can!
