Long story short: do NOT leave your pet here. They do not care about you or your dog. 

I arrived early to get my dog groomed. I decided upon this place based off of the yelp reviews. The owner got out of her BMW, saw me waiting for the store to open, and opened the store. I got there at 8:45am, she opened the store at 8:55am for 9am opening. She did not greet me. 

From there, I told her I had previous poor experiences with groomers and shared with them this was my first time using their services and first time to the store. She shared with me my groomer was running late. 

20 minutes later, my groomer STILL was late and at that time I was informed that she didn’t know when the store opened (9am) and would be here as fast as she could. At this point, I’m frustrated that an employee doesn’t know when the store opens and I’m about to leave my dog with them? I had asked how far she lived (to estimate time) and they said “oh I think close” and then how long she had been grooming and got “many many years.” Sounds legit. Not. All I got was an “I’m sorry this is your first experience with us” AND SHE WALKED OFF. I voiced I was frustrated and didn’t get anything in return. So I walked out the door, not comfortable leaving my sweet pup with them. 

Clearly this pet store just wants your money and doesn’t give a flying flip about your animal and how to make you comfortable leaving them. I took my dog and walked out. They didn’t respect my time, questions, or my pet.

AWESOME SERVICE! They really care about your pups, gave great advice, and their self-service wash is a HIT with our pup!  We will definitely be going back.  Andi and Christian were super helpful!

First time we've been in, went for the do-it-yourself dog wash (coincidentally found out it's $10 Tuesdays, regularly $12), but we'll be back for the services and the products.  They have everything you need including plastic aprons for the owner, towels and 4 types of shampoo, and a really cool water, shampoo control.  The manager, Beth, is so nice explaining the brands of food they carry and making sure I had everything I needed.  My husband and I were both impressed with the store, the services offered, the personal service and  knowledge Beth has about these dog (and cat) foods.  One more thing, they offer a 10% discount to veterans, military, police, and first responders.

The customer service here is amazing. I came to wash my dog in the self wash. They helped me get him up the ramp (I’m 9 mo. pregnant) and showed me how to work everything. They clean everything up for you and didn’t mind that my very large dog jumped out of the stall and made me chase him around the store and shook his wetness several times. I’ll def. be going back. So nice not to have the sore back from washing him in my bathtub and no less to clean up either!!!

I recently took my puppy in for his first grooming experience. I was a little worried because he would barely even let me clip his nails. From the moment I walked in I knew I was somewhere special. Although my pup was indeed a handful and not easy to work with, Stephanie was kind and wanted to help us get to a place where he won’t be as difficult to groom! I was very impressed with the obvious love these people have for our animals!! Highly recommend!!!
