Good doctors here, will try and help you out. The sliding fee is good when you don't have a the best job. It only cost me $20 to see the doctor for a checkup.

Doctor's here are awful except one. They have horrible polices that are always changing. Won't see you for a sick visit unless you know you're going to be sick at 8am in the morning. Refuses to let the doctor talk to you or call you back. Tells you you shouldn't be leaving work for a really bad itchy rash. Won't give you the number to the manager to complain that they worked you up. Then says they're going to see you and tries telling you that you're in the wrong when all you wanted was a visit and or to talk to the doctor. So you ask for tge manager's phone number and they're just like no one is here right now. Try to make you sign paper's to cover their own asses that where in the wrong to begin with.

Terrible people been a patient all my life didn't go for like 2 years they say I'm now  a new patient. I'm 23 years old. I'm not new. They open at 8am it's 810 and there's no appointments all of a sudden because I'm a new patient. But been coming here since I was a baby with my mom just terrible place you can't make a appointment ahead of time either. They open at 8 and never answer the phone either never going back ever again

I found this group of physicians after my husband sat in our PCP's office a year ago waiting to be seen. He finally gave up and went to the emergi center who, after giving him a check up, etc., put him in an ambulance and sent him to RIH with pneumonia!!!!

I was due for a checkup Jan 2015, and I found this group, 12 minutes from my home in Cranston. I called on Monday morning at 8:00 and I had an appointment scheduled for that afternoon. Twice since then I have had an "emergency" --horrific cough, and sciatica. Both times I have been seen that day with 1/2 hour the most I had to wait. I have seen my PCP 4 times and the two occasions where I needed to see someone that day, I saw two different Docs and they have ALL been wonderful. They are all women and they all do family practice. OBGYN, Pediatrics, and adults. Try them----you'll LOVE them!!!!!
