Since 2000, East Coast Automotive Services has been providing honest and reliable auto repair and maintenance service in Jupiter, Florida. We are dedicated to providing dependable car repair services and the highest level of customer care. We are equipped to work on all makes and models of cars and trucks.

We also have a complete body shop. From cars and trucks, to bikes and motor homes—we can repair them all! The body shop offers collision repair and painting, frame straightening, glass repair and replacement, paintless dent removal, and headlight restoration. At the service shop you can get everything from car maintenance or an oil change, to brakes and tires. We truly are the one-stop-shop for all your automotive needs, striving for perfection in both auto repair and customer service.

My wife and I called East Coast Automotive Services requesting to have several items inspected on my wife's car.  Even though the shop was very busy they agreed to do the work and have it completed by the end of the next day.  They also stayed after hours to complete and check their work.  I also have developed a trust in their decisions and appreciate the fact that they do what is best for us the customer and the vehicle.  Example, one ball joint and one tie rod was completely worn on the vehicle, but the estimate for the work included both tie rods and ball joints.  For a vehicle with 106 thousand miles on it, I think that was a responsible decision.  the work could have been done on only the worst worn parts for less money. but not have been to our best interest.
I will definitely be utilizing them for all future auto work.

I am new to the area and was looking for an honest repair shop to work on my BMW X5.  I went to the local Jupiter BMW dealer and they wanted to sell me a lot of services I didn't need.  Just to check-in my car for a routine oil change took almost 2 hours.  That was because they were trying to find things to "fix" on my car and they did! Except they were things that didn't need to be fixed.  East Coast Automotive's team fixed everything that needed to be fixed, in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price.  They even have state of the art equipment to help communicate to the customer what needs to be done.  I don't have to look any further than East Coast Automotive for all of my auto repairs needs!

I originally called to get an estimate for a new CV joint which I diagnosed myself. At first the company seemed reputable with the high rating but DO NOT BE FOOLED! After speaking with a technician he told me I would need to replace my axle as well because Audi REQUIRES it.

 I do a bit more online research and called 4-5 other mechanics in the area, all of which gave me a price quote without the axle. Nonetheless, I come to find that I can buy a brand new axle (if needed) online for $300 and a CV joint for $50. I was told the job would be 2.5 hours of labor, and that my total would come out to a little under $1,000. 

Not only am I disappointed in they never called me back to follow up as promised but I was about to pay for parts I didn't even need. 

In the end, PLEASE do not be fooled by the 4.9 stars like I was. They sound great on the phone but when you dig a little deeper, it only shows this business is out to steal your money.

I started taking my cars to East Coast Automotive 3 years ago and I could not be happier. You will not find a more trust worthy, fair, and friendly auto repair shop than here. I now take all 4 of my family's cars to this shop exclusively. The shop owners are extremely kind and they took the time to diagnose the problem, explain it to me, and repair it fast and professionally. I would 100% recommend this shop to anyone for everything from oil changes to body & paint work to big mechanical jobs.
