Well, my husband went there, and had no problem's ! So, when my car broke down, I took my car there, And they were strait forward, at what you were looking at (HONEST)  They were friendly and got it done in a day,
and the head cashier even gave us more of a discount !

I took my car for lyft inspection, I was told that I needed new tires. I agreed. Then I was told that my car was ready, the price I was quoted included alignment. I saw that the alignment was not performed, even though they told me my car was ready, I paid most of my bill in cash the rest with a debit card, I asked for a refund for the alignment that was not performed, but was told that there will be no cash refund. Mike was a nice guy, unfortunately he was not very honest, had I not noticed that the alignment wasn't done, I would have paid for a service that wasn't delivered. Just a shame, now I have to wait for my refund.

I got Ripped Off! I'm very disappointed. Got call with an original estimate of about $1100. When I refused to do the repair he called me back and said he figured out way he could fix the car for 1/2 the price. So I gave ok! That sounded greaI! Next day after I picked up car, the car broke down again while I was driving to work. Took it back to Mike's again. And was told by Bo, he was not sure what problem was but I should go ahead and do the rest of work that needed to be done for the $1100. This is after they already tricked me into paying $600. They nickel n' dime me for alot of things on the car but never fixed the real problem. They lied to me so they could take my money. Now I still have a broke down car and lost $600. Word of advice to Mike's Auto, don't offer to fix for less $ if you know you can't. Don't lie! I would have respected your business and still been a loyal customer.

Worse place I have ever been! Don't go here! They are shady. Owner doesn't know how to communicate with people! He is always right and the customer is wrong. He doesn't take the time out to explain anything to you. They take advantage of innocent women who have no clue about cars! I'm seriously convinced that they made my car 10 times worse than how it was when I brought it in. Manager is extremely rude.. I promise you I will never go back here ever! Such a disappointment! I want my money back
