This is not a legitimate company and I was verbally assaulted to the point of calling the cops. First we were given one quote of 2400 and then they quoted 3200 when they arrived. They were confrontational and then they stated that the 3200 was without the initial deposit we made of 700. This basically doubled the price. They only said this when the truck was almost completely packed. They also told us that if we did not pay in cash, it would take 14 days to get to our new home. The contact person I had told me an estimated 3-6 business days and never said it had to be cash. This was not on any of the paperwork. The sales person said it would be fine to add our washer and dryer. When I inquired about when they were going to load it, the mover lost it and started screaming in my face. I told him to take our stuff off and he refused unless I paid him a thousand dollars. He continued getting in my face and screaming. I told him if he did not stop screaming at me I would call the cops so I did. Mangers at the company stepped in and had him keep 100 feet away from us. Rather than finding another mover and to avoid the charge of unpacking the truck, we let them continue. Once they finished packing and left the managers ignored any further contact from us except via text to confirm drop off. When they came they were hesitant to take furniture upstairs or put it together. The mattresses were stained black. The shelves in the bookcase were not taken out so they fell and got scuffed. They never inventoried our dining room chairs so they are now gone. They still still not respond to and phone calls. Basically they threatened me, held our belongings hostage unless we paid cash, and committed theft by keeping our chairs. I have reported them to multiple agencies.

Just to start off those are pretty hectic to find a mover got a hundred different phone calls then one of my family members reference me to one of the East Coast movers name Romeo Clark very nice guy very educated and also advocated by the moving industry so I decided to go with the movers the movers came on time on this day and basically the service was superb then Isaac dispatch coordinator of very intelligent and make sure we got her stuff on time when the movers got there the detailed list of inventory was perfect and also was a $65 charge for the extra stairs five star Service Company with Five Star Movers I like this guy's I'm using them in the future for my business ☺

My phone was blowing with calls from different moving companies until they gave me the best offer had the best reputation!
Had to move to Miami a 3 bedroom house and it was quick and professional with no problems.
Recommending them to everyone i know who is going to move from now on!

I think one star is too many.
I called the sales person the day before my move, a month prior I changed the work order including the date. He forgot to change the move date. I called at 9am and he said he would get a truck to us in time for moving day. I tried desperately for hours to call, text and email. He completely blew me off.
I was left scrambling to find alternative moving methods as I had to start my new job. I even attempted to call the home office, nobody answered the phone or responded to my email.
They shady, over promised and left me and my elderly, disabled mother in a mess.
Not to mention they stole$300 deposit from us.
Beware...they don't look out or care about you. They don't respond to messages or anything after the deal has been made.

Being a widow and getting on in years relocating seemed like a herculean task. I was shopping for movers and choose East Coast because the men were extra attentive  in handling the antique furniture that I had worked so hard in my like to accumulate and that I treasured so dearly and Jose and mark pulled the move off without scratching a thing . The men were very clean and professional and the truck was new and well equipped. They used clean moving blankets to wrap everything and I was pleased with the pricing as well which was significantly cheaper than the last movers I used.
