Very helpful and knowledgeable . Had several tools repaired at a very good price, saved me a lot not having to replace some of my favorite tools.

I had brought in a Virutex Lipping planer to this company for repair over 2 months ago. They told me they were 2 week out on getting repairs done at the moment. No problem, I can wait. Four weeks later, still hadn't heard from them so I call them and get a machine. I leave a message but they never called me back. Another week goes by and I stop in to see what's going on. The guy tells me they're waiting for parts. After six weeks, really? Fine, I say, but please stay on this because I need it soon. Fast forward to today and they STILL haven't gotten in the parts they supposedly ordered 2 months ago. Not even an apology, just a half-hearted shoulder shrug. I took my tool and walked out. Now I have to order a brand new took because I need it NOW. Thanks a lot guys.

For those who might not know. This company is located in the back of "One Source Tool". I don't think they're affiliated with One Source, they just pay rent for the space. Anyway, very disappointing service and I'll never use them again.
