Would not recommend shopping here. Tried to return an open shower trim kit but would not take it. It was the right kit for my application but just didn’t fit in the cutout of the tile. I’m not going to cut the tile myself so I figured I could try to find a different kit. All pieces were still in the plastic but the owner would not let me return it. I had to cut the plastic open because it is packaged in one of those almost impossible to get into containers, there is no good way to open it. Now I’m out $47 and have a kit with no use. No wonder why people don’t shop at these Ace stores that don’t take returns. Off to Home Depot, will never shop at Ace again.

Stood in the light bulb aisle for about 5 minutes and 4 employees walked by in that time frame. No one, and I mean no one, did more than give me a glance. I found what I needed, but the price was DOUBLE what it was at Home Depot. Never again will I cast a shadow across the door of that store.

DO NOT go to this Ace. The people who work here are so incredibly mean. They ignore you when you ask them a question. No wonder the big box stores are taking over. This place makes your choice to go elsewhere so easy.
