We are sorry your experience with us was unpleasant. We strive very hard to give the best quality of care to our patients. Each patient that gets euthanized is assessed individually for the kind of drugs they need in order to make it smooth and less painful for everyone. Our policy is the payment be received at the time of service which we waived for you even though you at not our established client. Awful refused to see our dog in an emergency. Said he was unavailble after asking if the dog had been seen there before. We took another dog there prior and staff was rude. Good to see theyre consistent with something.

Took my dog there for 6mo. Addressing the same issue and they didn't help her ended up having to put her down but I took to dr Holm for that. He came out to my car and took one look at her and diagnosed her problem
.. he  said it was "common" in labs! East Lawn wouldn't do it for me on the weekend after hours said he would do it on that Monday!! Thursday I got a reminder card in the mail for her rabbies vaccination!! And its not computer generated

Do not take an pet here it's horrid. I had to take a cat in to be put down due to urinary blockage. He had been at this clinic before due to my vet being out for the week. So I was an established patient who had pd her bill. But after bawling during the entire event they wanted their Money right then n there not caring I'm sobbing n standing in the middle of their fricken waiting room. Then to find out they charge extra for the sedation is bullshit. It is standard protocol for an animal to be given a sedative before the euthanasia drug is given. Well not here that's inhuman to not give the sedative. My father is a retired veterinarian this type of practice should never be done. Save your pet pain n suffering don't take it there.
