My dog, Doc, LOVES Dr. Jeff! He drags me into the office and then searches for him, falling at his feet for a belly rub! We have been clients for many years and I appreciate Dr Jeffs kindness and love for my pets. Every time we have had a serious illness, he has shown great compassion and care. Sue, at the front desk, has always been helpful and kind. Recently we boarded both our dogs here and they were well cared for. Doc has allergies and can become quite ill in just hours. I knew he would be in safe and capable hands. Both dogs were cared for as per my directions. They were bathed and well brushed when I arrived to pick them up.

De Jeff is so freaking amazing and his staff is too notch! Bentley literally drags me inside when he realizes we are there because he is so excited to be there!!!

Do NOT bring your pet here! We brought our cat in for a UTI. Dr. Susan Arnold attempted a blood draw six times in three different spots and was unable to draw any. She attempted to put an IV in to give him fluids - at least ten different attempts, even after cutting away skin to expose his vein better. When our cat was so traumatized, howling in pain, and began going into extreme shock she was unable to keep the oxygen machine on to stop him from panting and having a heart attack. Within two hours we went from a urinary tract infection to a cat whose body was too traumatized to breathe or have a continuous heart rate. He had to be euthanized, and she was able to botch that as well. No IV meant the injection had to go directly into his heart. She MISSED his heart, leaving him with a punctured lung. He died slowly, gasping for breath, seizing, as the euthanasia slowly seeped into his blood stream. This woman has no right being a veterinarian, much less around animals at all.
