I am an individual with an unbiased opinion about you and how you conduct business. That means my rating about you/your business was based on my multiple encounters with you and you alone. Exclusion of hearsay from others and seeing the feedback from customer to businessman and businessman to customer right here on the internet (you being the businessman by the way) has absolutely nothing to do with my decision to rate you as I have. I will say this; you could have at least acted as if you were interested in doing business with me. Asking my name instead of acknowledging just the two gentlemen I brought with me, (with great favor mind you) would have been a good start.  Afterall, you conversated with me the most because I was the one interested...not them. If anything how you presented yourself right here on the internet- openly and publicly demeaning and retaliating against those having shared a negative experience with you- proves my point. And don't use your time "searching me out" in the internet. You won't find much. Use that time to build or rebuild good rapport with your customers holding ill feelings toward you. Have a nice day.

Would not recommend going here after $285.00 I got home with the same problem. I was told bring it back in .Only to go back and check on progress and my vechile still sat and was told it was worked on. Left there with same problem I went in with. Very dissatisfied!!
Í Left allot out supposedly the power steering pump had bad seal bring it in Friday took it Friday then they were too busy so I said how about Saturday the  mechanic Guppy said that will be the only thing Saturday. Jeep was there by 9. At 11:30i went to check on progress Guppy said 15 to 20 minutes I strolled by garage he was helping someone with another car on the lift. So waited in hot sun office was locked when I would go past garage doors he wasn't working on Jeep at 1:30 his wife came with lunch after she seen me outside she came and said he's putting it back together now I Asked fo you know how long she did about 15 min. Then  Guppy came to me Mam your going to need new hose and came Mam your going to need water pump bearings are bad. I said that's going to have to waitThose things just popped up mmmm weird so he backed out of garage after he said this was power steering pump two.i drove home still didn't sound right I lifted hood check to see if there was power steering fluid in there. Bone dry and he did not put cap on that came with the brand new pump or old one I drove in with. After two power steering pumps second I didn't pay for  So if there was a second one only he knows but 285.00 power steering pump had to drive to Pekin for 18.00 cap.
 Let's see Dave wrote come back in but told my daughter your mom gave me bad review neither one of you are welcome back. I'd rather not any way.So Dave if you want to make things right hand me the 285.00 and 1 8.00 for the new cap and for not doing anything for power steering like I said drive away same problem drove in with
Oh like you told me Dave I prefer cash.

I traveled far to come down to this dealership to pickup a very rust free truck. The owner was quick to reply to calls and messages, easy to deal with, and helped me out with my state's very strict requirements to register my vehicle. I highly recommend working with them, not many dealerships are this good.
