We had an excellent experience working with Hanna in purchasing a home.  She was easy to work with, professional, knowledgeable, and always responsive to our questions and needs.  She gave sound advice that helped us throughout the process, and if we had a question that she didn’t know the answer, she was very quick to look into it and get back to us. We purchased our home with Taylor Forest. We were very pleased with the whole process and how quickly we were able to close on our home. While closing on our home we did have a few hiccups with Taylor and I was not pleased with her not communicating with me as she would in the beginning. I also had ongoing issues with my home that was supposed to be fixed prior to us closing on our home and wasn't. I reached out to her via email/text and she did respond back to me but at that point she told me she couldn't do anything for us. It is very aggravating how we purchased a home and she got her paycheck from  us but when something wasn't completed on her end we are left to fend for ourselves. I have been working the last month trying to get my home with our crawl space and from what I hear this is not the first time this issue has been a problem for this company. I would be very careful when dealing with realtors in this area. They are not there to help you out like they say and take your time when looking for a home. One thing that helped us out was we got everything in writing.

This is a great real estate company.  Everyone is always friendly and very helpful.
