I paid for the best offered wash today, 02/24/2018, and received much less than what anyone would have expected. I drove home, N. Chattanooga, and called. After speaking with the manager, Anthony, he offered only that I drive back to East Ridge to show him the many oversights. I explained I live else where and that I only work in ER. He didn't resolve the issue. Side note: I called the attendants back to clean my console before leaving because it was significantly dirty, however I did not notice all the other spots on the interior doors, backseat, arm rest and behind my seats. It was vacuumed lightly, and the outside looked very good. Two stars due to lack of help from the manager, the outside cleanliness and for having "most" debris from floor board. It's a relatively new vehicle and I took it completely free of any objects except my glass case. Very disappointed! I spent almost 30.00 for something they do at most for 10-12 dollars. Buyer beware!

On one of the coldest days yet this season East Ridge Car Wash was open and eager to please. I took a vehicle in for a full service cleaning and it was made to be immaculate both inside and out. What a fantastic effort and a great value. A $5 bill was discovered and I was sought out and told. Honesty is a welcome virtue to have been demonstrated and is a credit both to the employees and to the management. My future business has been ably earned, and good things will be passed along to anyone who will hear me.

Good wash, some how they broke the end off my power cord. I called manager he said he would call me back, never heard a word. I used them for years I will not go back. As soon as I posted this the owner called me. Things have got behind. He is making things good and is a class act, thks

Took my car in there to try out another wash cause i usualy use the one in fort o and i regret it whole heartedly the wash was tiny the price was way to expenaive for what you got id i could go but needless to say it sucked will stick with the one fort o
