One wash bay. The two additional days are for tanker washouts.  Long wait times.  Not very thorough...  Not uncommon having to run through a second time, to rewash, getting the missed areas from the first run.  If this happens and there is a truck in queue behind you, you will have to get back in line and wait it out again.  If you can get past all this and have the mindset of, "it's better than it was before" or "at least I didn't have to wash it," then it's not too bad.

First time I went they did great job and then I went back and it was at night and I payed to get a tire shine and hand wash and degree's done and they only sprayed my truck it only took them ten minutes and the next day it when it was day light i got to see it and it was still dirty as it was when I took it so all they did was sprayed it off that's it!!but the first time they did a A plus job maybe it was different workers!!

Been here several times because my company has an account here. Never gotten a good truck wash. On my last visit they neglected to wash one complete side of the trailer. The Chattanooga area needs another truck wash. If Frontier had a competitor in Chattanooga, they would be out of business.

I don't know why the manager makes me spell my name, and why he's so rude to me but he was and is! They leave dirty spots all over the wheels and on the tanks, don't even bother for a rewash! If you guys don't want to wash trucks then sell the business, there's others I'm sure would love the business. Their goal here isn't satisfaction it's to get through the day without getting an ass whipping. For over 100 bucks a wash you can't even get clean truck! Shitballs are made here ! Caution!!!!
